The Webster Parish Communications District Executive Board holds regularly scheduled meetings on 1st Thursday of every other month in the Webster Parish Courthouse at 6:00 PM. Enter the building from the sally port entrance on the west side of the building. Depress the button on the silver call box on left side of the ramp for entry if the roll door is down. Follow the wall to the entry door on the left, depress the button on the call box for entry to building.
